Embaressed and Disgruntled

<div>My name is Tsego, and unfortunately this is not a good story to read for you receiving and not a pleasure for me to type. But my experience with your store Cross Trainer @ Mall in Carnival, was a disgrace, insensitive, dehumanizing and embarrassing. (In a summary )</div> <div> </div> <div>On Saturday date of the 27th of August 2016 my brother came to the store (mentioned above)with my son and purchased a white converse size 5 ankle All Star. I then returned to the store the following day 28th Sunday, to explain why I preferred a boot design converse All Star as compared to what my brother had bought. I was then told the design I wanted was not available, I asked for a refund then so I can purchase from another store that might have. I was then promised that I will get the design I wanted as they have made necessary arrangements with another branch (Jabulani Mall) for what I wanted. I was told it will be delived on the same day at noon (12o'clock ). I then left for church. I then found after church that the store didn't make contact regarding the arrival of the shoe as promised. I then returned to the store then to find in my surprise the level of unproffessionalism from the Manager (Lionel Mkhatswa). With all the questions I had for me to understand why the false promises, the Manager was absolutely rude. I quote "I don't care what the customer wants, if I am ok the rest don't matter " (in zulu). This is what stood out with our conversation as it was all witnessed by his stuff on duty on the day. He continued mentioning how uninterested he was in helping me. </div> <div> </div> <div>There was a lady that was helpful and fully committed in helping with my situation. I was given a number to call ( <a href="tel: ********** "> ********** </a>)to find out progress but there was never an answer with all the calls i made to the store, till I took it upon myself to go to the store on <a href="calendar:T2:Wednesday 31st August 2016">Wednesday 31st August 2016</a>. And the lady had then on the day send me a text that the shoe has arrived.</div> <div> </div> <div>In conclusion, I have no good taste in my tounge about the store, and with the embarrassing moment that I had to live in the presense of the stuff and other customers, I don't think I will ever bring business to such a store. Business ethics were not shown. And I don't see my family and I doing any form of shopping with all Cross Trainers country wide.</div> <div> </div> <p> </p> <div>Hope for a rapid response.</div>

Morning Thando,

Please note I am utterly disgusted by the shopping experience you had in our Carnival store from this specific staff member to be exact .As The Cross Trainer we pride ourself with the exceptional service that we stand for in ensuring that we remain a shopping destination for customers like yourself who gives us the opportunity to do so.

It is very sad to find that one of us will go to such a extend to destroy what the brand stands for in the market and I want to assure you that as a Company we will not take light or accept sabotage from any of our staff members.

I want to give you a assurance that the matter will be dealt with severely internal disciplinary as actions will be taken to ensure that this does not ever get repeated in our stores and a massage send to all our staff .

  1. On behalf of The Cross Trainer team I would like to send our humble and sincere apology to you ,your brother and your son.

Regards

JP Nhlapo
