Don’t order on Cross Trainer Online you’ll regret it

I’m so disappointed in The Cross Trainer, so I placed an order and chose to use PayJustNow, the money was deducted and after a few days I realised that I haven’t received my tracking number and I decided to email them, did they. Or reply telling me that my order isn’t going to be shipped cos it was out of stock prior to me placing the order??? How?? Why is the same shoe still on the website??? I opt for a refund and it’s been a few days still no refund and in a few days money is suppose to be debited from my account for the order I didn’t even receive…

My issue is I can’t even reverse the payment as it will reflect badly on my credit score.
