DONT EVER BUY FROM CROSS TRAINER THEY A *******!!!!!!!!!!!!

I very DISAPPOINTED with the service received at Cross Trainer Alberton City mall and for that I will never support this shop EVER EVER EVER AGAIN and I will always unwarrant your store to anyone who tries to buy from you. I bought sneakers from them on the 1st April 2022 which did not fit my daughter. When the assistant in the store explained the refund policy to me I asked what happens if the shoe does not fit my daughter and he "assured" me that they would get me the shoe from another store. I went back on the 4th to let them know that the shoe doesn't fit and he told me his got me another shoe from another store which will take 5-10 working days. today is the 26 and I still don't have the sneaker. 4 weeks later!!!!!!!! The stuff is EXTREMELY rude and is not equipped to deal; with distressed, every time I walk in store they pull faces as in here is this one looking for her shoe that she bought with her own money, that I work very hard for. I want my money or the sneaker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
