Dont buying anything online from Cross trainer

I have heard nothing back about the credit for over a week, this was the worst most unorganized parcel I have ever bought online First of all you guys sent me shoes instead of a 2 shirts, then you told me I had to drive it myself to the nearest store to hand the shoes in before you would send me my shirts, then you told me you had no stock of the one shirt, then when the other shirt arrived it was the wrong size. Terrible service!
