Don't buy from this store

DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE.

I bought a pair of shoes from The Cross Trainer store in Promenade Mall last year but realized it was not suitable. I immediately contacted them the next day for a return and refund. I was then given a credit note which is ridiculous in this day and age, with all the easy returns and refunds provided by other companies online or at stores.

I regularly went to the store and online to look for something but was unable to find anything or they would never have my size at that store or any other stores. More than a month before the credit note expired I emailed them to request a refund.

I was then passed from person to person with no proper update on my refund request . Eventually 6 emails later the area manager Tony responded and completely ignored my previous requests of a refund. The last email I received said I can go to the Promenade store so that he can assist me.. ? I then responded and asked if I would be getting my refund. Then once again my email was ignored and I got no response. I've sent these people a total of 8 emails so far.

They are beating around the bush and all I want is my refund. I want nothing from any of their stores or online. I would rather buy from reputable retailers with good service, easy returns and refund policies.

From all the negative reviews here we can see that The Cross Trainer store is anti-consumer. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
