Do not support Cross Trainer

<p>Bought a soccer shirt from the Sandton City store, as a farewell gift 2 more than months ago. Asked the store to print a name and number on the back of the shirt and emailed them with the name, number and color to use for the printing. After keeping the shirt for about a week. The store mispelt the name and used the wrong color when doing the printing. The store refused to refund the spoilt shirt even though it was the day of the farewell. After a lot of back and forth with the store, they then asked me to take a shirt from their store and exchange it at a different store to get a new version of the shirt that was purchased (which was absolutely ridiculous). After seeing that there was no way to get my money back, I had to drive to the other store located in a different area. The other store did not do printing, as a result we had to give the farewell gift without being printed on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cross trainer complaints (Gilbert) agreed to have printing done free of charge for the run around that I was given. 2 months later, still no printing has been done. Cross Trainers reason: They have no letters or numbers and they are unable to purchase them for the printing even though other retailers sell them. Absolutely disgusted by the customer service received by this store and head office complaints.</p>
