Disgusting service/ No assistance

I purchased a pair of vans on the 24 October 2015, upon arriving at home i tried it on and realised that the front rubber was loose and that the colour was faded compared to the pair my husband purchased at sportscene earlier that day. I then retuned it to the shop and was blatantly accused of wearing it. I asked to speak to the manager and the 'supervisor' refused. I then asked him to phone the manager and he said he had no airtime. i offered to use my phone to call but he still refused. He then called customers in the shop to inspect the shoes that i was returning, screaming and shouting. Eventually, he whatsapped one of the managers and she called him back but refused to speak to me because she was in church! The supervisor then walked away ignoring me and when i asked for his name he refused. The supervisor continuously screamed at me in front of a full shop, humiliating me and treating me like a ****. In my opinion, the treatment i received at cross traainer is in full disrepute with the Consumer Protection Act. This was my first and last time that i ever shop at cross trainer and i will tell everyone that i know and use social media to inform people not to shop there!
