Disgusting bad service

I went to this shop in Jan to buy 3 pairs of tekkies for my grand children...2 pairs for the 5 year old one and 1pair for the 1year old...I couldn't find sizes but they said they will get me from other stores...and they said it will take a few days, i left my cell no..nobody called me so1 and a half week later I went to the store to check if they arrived and i found that 2 pairs only arrived..nobody called me to say the tekkies are here and we are still waiting for the other pair...I paid 2600 for those two tekkies and was told they are still waiting for the other pair...3 weeks has since passed ..on Sunday I asked my husband to check if they were there still not arrived...I went on Tuesday they called eastrand mind you it is eastrand not even east London it took them another 3 days to date no one has called me to say tekkies have arrived..I called the manager there who said she send them out same day I called I called vaal mall branch they said they will check ..so it means no follow up was done ..I am really disgusted with the poor customer service and incompetenceni experienced at the hands of the staff in vaal mall... I have been using my phone to call them , my petrol to go up and down to them and they still showed no sense of urgency or even empathy..I want x trainer to know how powerful word of mouth is...I belong to stokvels, I am a community member ,I am a business woman, I am a prominent member in my church , I will be telling them of this disgusting service I got from them...
