Discusting and unprofessional service

Yesterday around 16:43 we were at Cross Trainer Mall of the South ans we were being assisted by A gentleman called Jabulani Mokoena. Omg the guys is so unprofessional and disrespectful towards costumers with his front gold teeth of cause we saw them because while assisting us he was not wearing a mask, he was on a pvt call with his so called friend David Genarro and he had him on loudspeaker and to make matters worse we had to repeat ourselves twice, I am so discussted and I will never ever set my foot in that shop again
