Disappointed customer

I am very disappointed with the service I got at cross trainer Groblerdal, it's been 2 weeks now complaining. The shop moved without contacting me and they have my laybye, I have been asking for a refund or my laybye I still haven't gotten a reply and it's almost end term for my laybye and I know I will be told stories. I am angry and disappointed the least they could have done is tell their customers that their relocating.
