Disappointed by Cross Trainer

I got a really bad experience with this cross trainer retail. I bought a golf t-shirt Beginning of July and when i got home the t-shirt didn't fit me and I went to Cross trainer Wonderpark 5 times to get them to find/order me a golf t-shirt for my golf game. I told the manager specifically that I need the t-shirt by the 7th of September 2019. Till today no one has contacted me. I'm really disappointed, store that says their POLICY doesn't give refunds bt cannot deliver a service.
