Damaged Goods brought

Hi, I brought this pair of shoes at Cross Trainer at Sandton 3, the shop assistant how every did not tell me that this pair of shoes is a display, I only realized that the the shoe is different in color when I took them out of the box. Not sure if its done on purpose or did they think that I am color blind but never the less, I ask for the assistant to change it but there was no stock available at the store so I ask him to locate the same pair of shoes from other store. It has been 3 weeks since I brought the shoes and yet it has not yet been replaced. 3 weeks ago, there where the stock else where but not they are sold out. <br> Now it seems its my problem as they cant find any stock, I ask for a cash refund as I do not want anything besides that pair of shoes, but the store manager says its the store policy that they can not refund cash. <br> It seems that its my problem now, left with these unwearable shoes. <br> If at the first place the shop assistant told me that it was a display, I WOULD NOT HAVE BROUGHT THIS PAIR!!!<br> The interesting thing is the store manager also told me put the other side of the shoe under the sun so that it can become with the same color.
