crosstrainer is a china business ,****************

i bought a legging at Centurion Mall on the 27th May that costs R599, i wore it today the 29th May ,only to find that the legging is torn the addidas sign is coming off, i went to cross trainer FOREST HILL MALL, the staff told me they cannot assist me they have to call head office, they called head office and the lady called Xoliswa said she cannot assist me because its the company polcy they cannot give me a new one until the management approved which can take weeks waiting for their response. i bought my legging to wear it on a function and i have to cancel my plans because of this pathetic company policy which doesnt refund and doesnt exchange .this is like buying from a china shop because its **************** . i am so angry and i was a fan and i buy all my things at crosstrainer but i decided due to this poor and sstupid service i will never ever go there i will rather buy somewhere else .
