Cross Trainer - Worst Service Ever!!!

<p>I have purchased a takkie from the trade route mall store in December 2016, only to be advised that I can get a bigger size at another branch (without knowning, the sales assistant was unaware that another branch will have the size because their systems was offline).</p> <p>I did go to another cross trainer branch only to discover that the specific takkie I liked does not come in a size 12. I spoke to the area manager and she advised me that Puma only opens in January 2017 and she will give me feedback, but no feedback was given after numerous phone calls, only to receive a whatsapp message from Sethu saying "Puma does not have the size Im looking for, sorry"</p> <p>To date Cross Trainer has not resolved this matter on what the outcome will be, even I spoke to Gilbert and he promised to email me pics of other takkies and to date I have received no emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>JP the director promised me in December he will get back to me regarding this matter but no feedback to date!</p> <p>Its absolutley disgusting to pay for something and not have it.</p> <p>Cross Trainer really sucks, including the headoffice assistants who are so unhelpful and rude!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
