Cross Trainer worst ever!!!!!

I am so disgusted by this store reading through all the reviews and thinking about my personal experience and the problem I am currently have with Cross trainer kimberley solidifies that this store is nothing but ******** who ******* customers by any means possible. I have tried to get in contact with the store manager Rathale , area manager Raymond and manger Gilbert at head office and now they are all ignoring my calls. How can you sell a defective garment and not care about assisting a customer after the fact.
