cross trainer must just shut down, no respect for customers.

i have laybyed shoes at the Cresta store, after 3 days I went to exhange as i didnt like the brand anymore wanted to exhange what i have laybyed from puma to vans it was not even a week after the laybye but they refused to asist me, why must i now pay for what i donoy love, i didnt say i want my money back all i wanted was to take vans instead of the puma that i have laybyed, and the 10% policy is a *******, i will never buy at cross tariner anymore their service is too back , as consumers we have full rights n what nonses is this of non refund policy no exxhange. this store must be investigate they donot respect their customers, they are a ******* .
