CROSS trainer making me ANGRY

I Placed an order 2 months ago for some shoes on the online store. After a long wait I queried. They said they were out of stock. I then requested a refund option and have been waiting 6 weeks for my money. I keep getting poor communication or if I manage to get someone on the phone - poor excuses of "we have a backlog of refunds" . I am starting to get really CROSS. I want my money back!!!
