Cross trainer Clearwater staff disorganized & unhelpful

Hi I would just like to express my disappointment and discuss in the Cross trainer staff in Clearwater mall. I bought a Barcelona soccer t-shirt from Cross trainer clearwater a while back and they done the number & name printing for me a on the t-shirt my son wore the t-shirt twice and the letter came lose i wasn't upset instead today i took it back so the guys can just press the letter back on or put on a new letter the guy Sello told me its R20 but he didn't seem interested in assisting me i told him i bought the t-shirt with u guys and u done the printing for me he then agreed he will do it but for R20 i again said its fine i left the t-shirt and said i will be back in 10min to collect he said he will be done. I returned in 10min as Sello was not in the shop i ask one of the other staff members where Sello is and i explained i left a t-shirt for printing they said he left for lunch i was abit shocked as we agreed to collect in 10min no other staff member was interested in assisting me instead they laughed at the whole situation knowing Sello probably didnt do it and know one could find my son's t shirt i made a scene to find the t shirt as Sello just left finally one stuff member found it and it was in the same condition before i left the shop manager was dis interested in assisting me i had to call him to step in and sort it out but he was also not in any mood to help. I loved shopping at Cross trainers in Clearwater but after today i would never want to buy from the clearwater store anymore unfriendly and unhelpful staff members total disregard for other peoples time.
