Cross Trainer - Cash Refund policy query

<p>Good Day, </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know if the "No Cash Refund" policy at Cross Trainer is legal. As far as I know, the Consumer Protection Act states that if a customer is not satisfied with a product then they can request a cash refund provided that the product is still in it's original state/packaging and the customer still has the transaction receipt.
