Cross Trainer

I'm very disappointed in the service level I received from Cross Trainer and their courier company called PARGO. Ordered sneakers on the 28 of November 2022, called in on the 2nd of December to find out about my order.

I made efforts to call them, the lady I spoke to, told me to call PARGO couriers to ask them about my package. It is been back and fourth with phone calls and emails with no way forward. Is this how how you treat your customers?.
