*******ion at Stores and calls ended at Head Office

Saturday 3rd September the Air Jordan Bred's dropped and was strictly advertised as first come first serve. A few friends and I decided that becaus it would be a popular drop, we went through the Friday afternoon at 1pm. We slept overnight in the cold when the mall closed at midnight and re-entered at 6am.

Some customers had entered the mall early and bribed security to do so. We how ever explained that we were there the day before and were allowed to stand in front of queue. Once the shop actually opened Cross Trainer Canal Walk advised that they had received no pairs even though it was publically advertised that they did. They advised that we contact Waterfront. Waterfront advised that was in fact a lie as only Canal Walk got due to it being a new store and they wanted focus on that branch.

Through the course of the day we noticed people going in, paying for Bred AJ 1s but coming out with AJ 31's. They would then go in at a later stage and swap the AJ 31 for a AJ 1. And so it continued. When we confronted staff about this they advised that those customers paid in advance and that there were none left hance continued to help random people who all seemed to have paid for their pairs long in advance so not at all first come first serve.

I logged a complaint on Instagram just like many others as I was told this happened at many branches hence all the complaints.I was responded to saying my query is being investigated and that they would get back to me. The next day I noticed that I as well as other who commented were blocked from the Instagram page and our comments removed.

I then phoned head office and spoke to Hamilton in the social media department. He has hung up the phone on me twice because I wanted his surname. I was not rude and clearly stated that all I wanted was his surname for reference. He did not want to speak to me.
