I bought a baskets Heart Glam PS Puma in black that on the display is R799.95 in white colour. The Manager assisted me with the transaction that in black it was displaying R899.95 . I asked why the difference in prices she explained that its rise per size, but it was the exact same size, then she argued that cause its a different colour. Alright I agree on purchase that on that reason. I opened my box and only saw the price under the shoe is R799.95 and not R899.95. I phoned them and informed the manager about my concern of the differences in pricing she explained that she doesn't know why the different sizes on the shoe and on the box and the POP.

Am very disappointed in the services and the injustice that was done to me.

I bought the shoe for the quality of Puma and the size. The manager was not helpful instead she keeps on calling me sisters while talking to me and insisted that I should've taken the white shoes instead of the black

I was sold a lie, first it was rise per size and then it was the different colours.
