Bad Service, *****ing money from Customers

Stinking Attitude: Area Manager : Fabian McMillan We made a lay buy for a pair of Adidas Gazelle sneakers for my wife, at the Cross Trainer store at Bay west Mall Port Elizabeth. we requested size 5 she fitted the shoes they fitted well, We paid off the lay -buy two – three weeks later and took the sneakers, she wore the shoes on following day she noted that the shoes are too big and its size 5, 5 not 5, our child accidently stepped on side of the shoes, we then used a product that they recommended that we buy to clean and protect these sneaker, the shoes turned white as if they have been bleached because we planned to return the Shoes. when we return them they told us unfortunately they cannot take the shoes as they have been worn said the supervisor: Natlie Williams with some sarcastic Attitude, she said we must take the shoes and keep them, obviously she didn't know what she was saying, We can’t just buy sneakers for over R1100 to keep them, we called the Area Manager : Fabian McMillan, He told me the same thing. He was rude he did want to listen; We decided to leave the sneakers at the store so that the manager can see these sneakers and not assume over the phone that they have been worn, We requested the Area Manager to call us, I has now been almost 72 hours and he hasn’t calls neither did the Cross Trainer Store we left the contact details to the super visor. I would like to urge other fellow customers not to purchase anything from Cross Trainer.
