Bad Service - Damaged Goods

We bought the Infant Springbok Supporter Outfit at Cross Trainer in Menlyn last week. Since, it is for a baby, I rinsed it before having him wear it. I washed it according to the instructions, and when I took it out some of the printing came off. I took it back on Saturday, to exchange it. Three of the staff members were working at the counter/till and even though they saw me, it took them a minute or 2 minutes before they asked if they can help me. I explained the situation and showed them what the outfit looked like after 1 wash. I had the slip and everything and understood they don't do refunds, but expected an exchange. I can't think that all the outfits would be such bad quality. And if you stock it, you should take responsibility for it. They said they can't exchange it, because they can't resell it. It is bad quality, you shouldn't sell it to someone else! They also advised that maybe I should have washed it with my hands.

They did not even try to help, apologise or compensate me.

I will never support a Cross Trainer again.
