Bad service

I bought kids sandal adidas adilette. In 3 weeks it started to tear. I took it back they said they will send it back to supply. I left my contact in store with the store manager. Unfortunately the never called me. I went back 2 the store I was told they showed the the sandal 2 their area manager and he said they can't replace it coz it was wear and tear. Don't forget they **** that they were going 2 send the shoe 2 supply but never did. I called their head office but they put me through 2 the area manager who told me he knew about my case. He promised 2 call me after 2 days but never did. I went back 2 the store the area manager claim he had send me the message which I never. He never bothered 2 call me. The gave me the shoe and told the they can't replace them.

My Question is who spend R500 on the shoe that can only last 3 weeks. Unless they tell me that they sell ****. Their price is high so I preferred 2 get a good Quality. All this happened at their Four ways store
