Bad service

I made a lay bye in November in boulders took it out in December,unfortunately the size did not fit went back to them to exchange n they didn’t have a size went to festival mall on the 17th of dec to do an exchange was told that i was given a wrong slip and that i should go back to midrand to get the correct appreantly i was given lay bye payment slip instead of payment sale ,i refused to go insisted that they call them,they made me wait for a very long time ,was assisted by maureen sibuye ,she has a very bad attitude and i will never go back to cross trainer festival mall due to bad service
