Bad customer service from cross trainer mall of the south

My name is thandeka what a bad customer service I got from the cross trainer mall off the South.... Ask one of the staff members(Lebo) to keep aside the airforce I saw then she promised to keep it for me guess what..... When I went to pay for it she already sold it. Ask her to find it to other stores a month ago but still waiting
