Bad Customer Service!! Do not purchase from them.

Very bad service, I ordered a t-shirt online and there was no communication for 4 days. I resorted to calling the head office which I was told to wait as the stock is coming. Still nothing, i called again only than I was told the size is unavailable and that an email waa sent for refund. I rep**** on the email with the details required and I was told the refund missed deadline and would be processed the following week. I have been waiting for that till now
