I’m so disappointed on there customers service .
I walk in the shop 2 workers where there and the shop was not busy .Not even 1 worker helped me . I looked for a size on my own when I open the box I find ****roaches inside the shoe box ????many of them .
How can I pay for that ?
I looked for another sneaker I asked for the size Pink gave me . As a customer when I’m about to pay the worker did not even greet me because of I complain about ****roaches No .
At the till I gave her my card I was told the sneaker will cost R750 they take cash only because the is no network when I check my phone the was network I went next door the was network .
What a bad customer service I’m so disappointed ☹️
