Bad customer service

I called the head office to ask them to transfer me to their in shop Jabulani mall...she didn't even wait to listen to what I was saying abd just transferred me to the area manager (Soweto)...her name is Xoli and she was so rude to me...I'm not happy at all she kept shouting at me till I decided to hang up on her
