7 days later and I still haven't received my order

I ordered sneakers on the 31 of July order #7190 after making payment there was no correspondence regarding the order, its now a new week with no tracking number or delivery sms or email. When I call them they keep hanging up... their service is trash... I've been sending emails and they did not even bother to get back to me... ****mers🚮
