After I was badly let down by another company, Cross Tech came to the rescue. I phoned & asked if they could help me immediately. The owner Mr Hebert Chipore was on his way back from doing a move to Nigel but said he would send another vehicle to start loading. In a little over a half an hour, his first truck arrived & shortly after that he arrived with a second truck to begin loading. He had enough staff to load quickly & efficiently. Always courteous & respectful towards clients, he helped me out of a dire situation. His rates were very reasonable. I was so happy with the service he provided that I used him 2 weeks later to pick up & deliver a patio set I had purchased. Always on time & very professional. I would recommend Cross Tech Removals to anyone who wants an honest & reliable company to move their household goods.
