Takes my money for 3 years and ***** me over twice.

This is my complaint against Cross Country insurance I started my policy with them at the end of 2016, never had to claim until June 2019. 26 May 2019: I was trailing down the R55 as I passed Kyalami Sport & Function as soon as I got over the small bridge there was random debris (trash) in the road, I tried to swerve to avoid the debris .i was not sure if the bike picked up something, but my motorcycle chain snapped (7-9 links from the master link) I sent thru the claim to them the following day. thy rep**** that I need to send them at least 1 quotation to process the claim.it took a day or so to arrange a motorcycle shop to collect the bike to be able to give me a quote. A few days later sent thru the quote.18 June For more than a month we could not get any details of info on what is happening about the claim. On the 7th of august I received an email stating that “When the assessor went out to assess the motorcycle he discovered that the Chain & Sprocket caused the damage and broke due to wear and tear” (4 month old DID chain)and thy will not cover the damages. I phoned the Motorcycle Workshop and asked them when was the motorcycle inspected and by who? Turns out that no one was there to view the bike some people phoned him and asked him to send thru some photos of the damages. After some fighting and phoning them, nothing happed further and I had to repair the damages out of my own pocket.

02 October 2019: a driver pulled out on me and hit me on my right side.4th October sent thru the documents .sent them a mail stating “I will be performing the basics of replacing the damaged items myself as the last time the bike was standing at a workshop for more than a month waiting on the insurance (you guys)” After quite some time phoning them thy gave me the assessor phone number so that I can contact hit to get further details(15 Oct).phoned him got a **** load of excuses he asked me to send him photos of the damages (exactly like the other time)I then sent him 9 Photos and a Quote. And then Silence 28 Oct sent him massages regarding the claim. NOTHING Sending them mail’s and phoning them complaining nothing seems to happen. Finally on the 4th of November thy asked me for the Video footage of the accident. I sent them the link to the Video I uploaded to Youtube. Afterwards the I phoned the assessor about the claim and he told me he can’t process the quote as thy will not do a payout to my account it has to go thru a workshop. Then made arrangements with a motorcycle shop to get me a quote on the damages. And informed Okkie About This. On the 14 December sent thru the new quote(R14595.70) After almost 3 months I followed up on the claim. NOTHING WAS DONE! 25 February send ME a Mail I need to sign A doc to say I accepted the money thy will pay me out (R1172.23)*** R14000 TO R1000 yet again thy want to ***** me over .
