3rd party claim

I made a 3 rd party claim with cross country insurance , they are the worse in the country as my emails go in answered and shavell also was the worse person to talk too. They don’t consider you as their client and don’t give u any regard , my matter has been escalated to management so says shavell Watson but I have not heard anything from the manager or him for 2 weeks now.
