Do not buy Cron P300S 3D Printer, Version 2 , it just causes issues and stress!

3d Printer bought from a www.3dprintingstore.co.za Cron P300S 3D Printer, Version 2. I am done, I can't deal with this 3d printer at all any more, all I've had was issue, after issue because the 3d printer wasn't constructed properly at all. From the beginning and a supper long delay in the delivery, from bent frame that took 2 days to align properly to parts missing to wires crossing because they weren't put in sleeves to prevent them from touching and burning the wires causing the motherboard to burn and the 3d printer not to switch on. Ended up getting a technician to fix it. The employee from 3dprinting store was kind enough to send us motherboard replacement but with wrong firmware loaded. Took us another 2 days to just get that sorted out. At this point I regret getting this 3d printer which was recommended by 3dprintingstore. This is the timeline Ordered it on 30th August 2018 where they said it will be shipped in 1-2 days maximum, only to arrive on 20.09.2018. They have forgot to include small feeding tube so the filament can get loaded easier, we only received it on 1st of October. Tried printing with flexible filament and random jerking with loud noise happening while printing , I think by than we have spent hours and hours with this store's technician. Beginning of December we began to print with progress only for wires to cross because of lack of sleeve protection around wires witch caused the board to burn out causing the 3d printer not to work at all. We got the board on 10th of January. Netram technician took it in on 15th and was done by 18th. Once we switched it on it was clear that something was wrong and that was a wrong version of firmware that was loaded on the board by 3dprintingstore employee. Today on 21st Jan 2019 step motor by the extruder got issues and is not moving smoothly due to eating away the rotor in the motor. We can't feed the filament because the rod is not turning.

This 3d printer has caused me a great deal of stress I because of constant issues, and because we haven't been able to do a single thing we planed with it. Almost 5 months of constant issues and stress. That's what you get. I don't even know if this 3d printer was brand new because of the state it was and is in. I wonder what is next? I would recommend to everyone not to buy this thing!
