Really pathetic service and client get blamed for their controls that is not in place.

Function Hire Kuilsriver have a couple of independent business under one roof. We hired from them, chairs for hire as well as Crockery and Cutlery. Friday 13 June we collected the glasses from Crockery and Cutlery as well as Function Hire. No one asked us to check the glasses and the crates were covered in plastic bags. The staff did not check any item with us they just loaded it. When we unpacked 4 glasses was broken, we took photos of it immediately. They blamed us for the broken items and do not even take any accountability. Not alot of money for the replacement cost, however the principle. Of the matter is that one cannot trust them. I asked for the owners of Function Hire to phone me as well as Crockery and Cutlery. No one called me as yet. The only good service received was from Nadia at chairs 4us rentals. I will never use them ever again
