***** from crms

My name is nomthandazo I have an Edgar's account, 4 months back I was approached by a guy working for crms promoting cell c at jet store, he wanted to see if my account is active before givinge the sim card that he claimed had free airtime. But now my account is always billed by crms and I never took any contract with them, we have been calling them almost every 2 weeks requesting them to stop taking money from my account and refund all the money they have been debiting, they always promise to call back and they don't and they still debiting my account. Plz help me stop them because I can keep on paying for something I don't know
