I used Cristina for the nursery furniture for my daughter. Thankfully, I ordered well in advance and thus, despite a number of delays and false promises, I still got the furniture in time. However, when she was a year old I wanted to add to the suite with a bookshelf and a table and chairs set. I personally went to the store in Bedfordview and ordered directly from Christina. She said she would send me a quote. I waited a week and then called. I was given a number of excuses and told I would get it by the end of that week. Two weeks later I still had nothing. I sent a mail complaining about the poor service but never even received an apology. I also must mention that at the time of going to the store I noticed that Cristina had, at the time of the installation of my daughters first nursery furniture taken pictures of my daughters nursery and used them in her catalogues under \the wave collection". They were not just pictures of the furniture itself but of my daughters entire nursery. She never consulted with me about this nor obtained my permission to publish pictures of my home."""
