Don't trust or buy poodle puppies from Trudi Toss at Cristaldestinee

I bought a 'Pedigree' poodle from Trudi Thoss for R7500. We had to return the dog due to unforeseen circumstances. Trudi agreed to this as she had another buyer for the dog. Trudi agreed to refund my money apart from the holding deposit of R2000 for her expenses which seemed fair. She received the money from the new buyer and never payed it over to us. Trudi has since told me that she does not have the money to refund me and that she will not repay the outstanding R5500.
