I sent an email about 2 weeks ago requesting accommodation at the Cristal cove guest house in j - bay. They did not get back to me until now telling me the place has been fully booked and on top of that they sent me this arrogant sms telling me my request has been declined as if I am asking for a personal loan or something. Service in general in South Africa is pathetic
