He recently put in a fiber glass pool for us. It was put in skew, and he refused to correct it for us. Luckily for us! Because when we employed another pool company to fix this for us, they said all his pipes were incorrect, not the correct quality, and the sand was supposed to be mixed with cement, which he did not do, so it would have sagged in time. We had to buy all the material over again for a proper job to be done.
