Unfair employment practice regarding salaries

I am not happy with the way Cristal Clean is managing their cleaning company. They haven't paid 50%, or half of their employees for December 2019 and up until today, 10 January 2020, they still haven't paid them. It's the worst excuse ever, to tell me that you went over to a new payroll system, but people cleaning for Cristal Clean has to get to work and back without any pay/salaries. I gave one of your employees R20 one day just to get home. That adds up to R40/day just to get to work and back, should I make the calculations for you to show you how unfair this is. This is people with no money to cope with, and all you tell them and me, is if it's not sorted out today, they must wait until next week. Wow, I don't understand how you manage your company and the best of all is, how you manage to keep your staff. This is very unfair practice and I am waiting to hear from the CCMA on how I can manage to assist them against your "Cristal Clean companies" treatment of your employees.
