Most ***********, rude and unhelpful person

I contacted crissy connections on 8 Dec to fix a problem with my TV satellite connection. The guys that came to fix it were friendly and helpful. I asked them what happens if the problem persists layer on, they said to call again and they come to check it, no call out fee if it's same problem again. There is a 12 month warranty. Today the 18 Dec , only ten days later, my TV has same problem. I call CHRIS ON *** and explain situation. He tells me I must pay another call out fee. I ask if the men that originally came out on the 8th can come again so they can see it's exactly the same error message I am getting on the TV. Chris says no they can't come out I must pay another call out. I tell him it's written on my invoice that I have a 12 month warranty , he doesn't care. I then ask to speak to someone else as he is very rude, he says I cannot as everyone is on holiday. I ask to speak to technicians that originally helped me and he says I cannot. I then ask for address of company and he says he won't give it to me. Can the owner of crissy connections please contact me before i involve lawyers. As I will not accept being treated this way and will sue if this is not sorted
