CRISPY'S in Pietermaritzburg my lunch nightmare

If I was able to I would write in isiZulu, the way I am so annoyed. It was my first time buying lunch from this restaurant. I bought a half chicken meal with coke for R107 through Mr Delivery.

The meat was raw. Imagine chicken looks like after being half cooked. There went my R89 down the drain. I called the shop to report, the lady just apologized and said she's going to tell her boss. And no one called me on behalf of the shop. No courtesy call, No nothing.
