Unsatisfactory business ethics

<p>I had contact Crispy Pools last year September, to quote me for repairs to my swimming pool, they had sent me a quote. We had recieved other quotes from various other contractors and Crispy Pools was the cheapest so we decided to use them we had arranged everything and about a week before it was set to start my wife was informed that she had been retrenched so we put it on hold. My wife had since found permanent employment so we have decided to continue with the works on the swimming pool. I had asked if the quotation would change due to escalations etc.... I had queried and asked if the quote was inclusive or exclusive of VAT as it states nowehere on the quotation and we also had a different payment agreement as to what was stated on the quote which I also asked to amend as per our agreement. He simply rep**** please find another contractor. Unbelievable how in this day and age where work is so scarce and as a customer you get treated like this, it's an absolute disgrace.</p>
