Poorest service ever
I took my pleated dress for dry clean on Wednesday for Friday afternoon collection, got there on Friday to be told it is not ready . And they did not communicate before to say it is not ready. Went back today Monday and my dress was not dry cleaned i was told it cost R1000 for washing and ironing since it is a pleated dress , but i was told it is R170 of which i paid . And when i asked for a refund since i didn't receive the service requested the owner intimidated me and said i am being disrespectful because i did not want to be taken from pillar to coast as he wanted to say it was washed and i was supposed to agree. I walked out and did not recieved my refund and the dress was not dty cleaned
