Unprofessional

<p>I got a number of items dry-cleaning, one of which was a jacket which contain a some trips of leather along the arms and back. When I received back the jacket the leather was all torn. The service provided clearly did not have the experience/knowledge of what they were doing and should of rather refused to clean it than take a risk. The jacket is now un-useable.</p> <p> </p> <p>As per the conditions they refund 4x the cost of the dryclean for the particular item. However this refund it only about 20% of the value of the jacket.</p> <p> </p> <p>Will not use them again.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
