Poor service of Crisis on Call!!!!

NEVER SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH CRISIS ON CALL! I have been battling to get response to settle our ambulance account! I have phoned numerous times without any success. Service was rendered on the 5th of October 2022. Ambulance account still not settled. I emailed Marita Vermaak (1/12/2022). Nikeledi promised me that Santie Steynman would do payment 14/12/2022. Moipone promised that Shannon would do the payment 2/1/2023. I have spoken to Ninette Truter 3/1/2023 who was most unfriendly and tremendously rude. She was so unhelpful I will never recommend anyone to join Crisis on Call. What a disapointment!!!!
