Poor service and can not fulfill promises!

No ability to be able to setup there technology in their system. After 3 months of trying, my father in law has still no service provided. Same reply, sort it out yourself because we don’t care. From a company that says they care about people and emergencies, not very professional at all! Wanted to sign up but luckily they showed their true colors!
