Criklewood luxury apartments/ boutique hotelel in Waterkloof Pretoria

This property has been misrepresented with old photos during it's prime.It is situated in Waterkloof, Pretoria.I was a resident of this so called " luxurious " apartments or boutique hotel to others for 12 months,from January of 2023 to December of 2023. The manager or person in charge of the facility's name is a man called Clinton,who works with a lady called Monique. As a so called Manager ,Clinton lacks people management skills,with no care or empathy for people. I dealt with him at first and when I raised complains I was informed that I was entitled. I had paid a huge deposit and always paid on time. He was very rude and never attended to my issues personally. The furniture in this so called luxurious apartments is outdated and old. The level of professionalism is appalling. There is no reception area therefore one would have to coordinate themselves how their parcels would be delivered,which was a huge inconvenience. Their so called landline is none functional. I am owed my rental deposit and Monique is no longer responsive to my continuous phonecards texts and emails. I have basically been corned by these people. I am warning people not to use this facility especially for long term. What you see is not what you get. The lack of service is a total misrepresentation. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! They are also on booking.com. DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!
